  2. Contribute ideas and undertake community contests, volunteer programs, Fansite programs, collegiate programs, offline events, convention presence, email campaigns and social media initiatives
  3. Identify influential players, to build strong relationships with them and ensure they are well looked after
  4. Represent the connection point between our players and our game studios for users' questions and issues, fanpages promotions, and game translation and testing
  5. Regular reports on community activity and concerns


  1. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  2. Possess a solid understanding and passion for new media, social networking and the latest community tools and techniques
  3. Passion for games and the ability to understand and empathize with the unique needs and passions of player community
  4. Demonstrate a proven track record for managing community professionals as well as building communities focused around a game/brand.
  5. Ability to work under pressure
